Ah, cross posted with lots of you. So it seems in portugal at least they are practising. Yes, ppe seems the key, along with maybe testing/temp checks for the patient.

In the Netherlands dentists are working as usual. My sister went for a regular checkup last week.

It's inhumane that people have to suffer so much with dental pain and I don't understand why it's not top of the priority list.

I will never forget how much pain I was in when I had an abscess behind my front teeth.

During the lockdown I have been obsessed with my tooth care regime as I just can't afford to have anything wrong with my teeth at this moment.

Interesting article in the times today about this by alice thomson. It seems that Swiss, swedish and danish dentists are operating as well.

So my dentist has claimed he is open for non aerosol generating stuff which surprised me (as didn't think he could) but he was very pissed off at having to close in the first place

Hong Kong dentists never stopped working either despite all the other measures taken. Completely nuts that ours are still closed.
