Getting a coronavirus test

From today, everyone over the age of 5 can get a coronavirus test if they have symptoms. This is the link to book it:

I lost my sense of smell fully in September. I planned on waiting til winter cold season was gone, then speak to my GP. Then Coronavirus hit and I've not wanted to bother them.

Wonder if this would be just reason to call?
