If you've recovered from C-19 are you feeling safer?

Just that really. Assuming you are immune once you've had it and recovered, how do you feel? Relieved it's over and done with or no?
Asking those who've had it confirmed via a test.

No, my dh still has it over 8 weeks later.

My symptoms were much milder but as it is not possible to get a test proving you're negative and no longer a carrier, unlike in other countries, I still don't feel safe going to see vulnerable family members or going shopping etc as I don't want to pass it on to others.

Also, no-one really knows a thing about the lo g term effects of the disease.

I was tested positive for covid 19 in March and now have tested positive for the antibodies.
We know I have antibodies but as so little is known about how long they last, if you can or not catch it again despite antibodies, and the amount of antibodies I am still very careful. As careful as before. Having had it once you absolutely don’t want to feel like that again ever. So I don’t take the risk in every day life- mask at the supermarket, gloves, hand washing constantly and wiping down food.
DH was negative for both - I worry he has a higher chance of bringing it back into the household.

I think lots of people who think they had it (untested), didn't.

I wasn't worried about it even before I got it, as statistically speaking I was pretty sure it wouldn't be that bad (and it wasn't). Now I've had it (and no, not tested, but there is no doubt in my mind) I'm pretty sure I'll be immune, at least for a year or so (as that's generally how viruses work). But considering I was totally relaxed about catching it previously it hasn't changed anything really.

DD told me she is happy, now she has had it. I don’t think she had a test, but can be sure as she caught it off her partner, who is a doctor. He worked with 5 patients, clearly with the virus on a non Covid ward.

The only symptom DD has was loss of sense of smell for a few days.
