Sorry I'm probably being unbelievably thick here but please can someone explain how track and trace will work...?
I know the theory with the phone app (and presumably other methods)
So if I am notified that I need to isolate for 2 weeks, and i do.....what happens if in a weeks time I come into contact with someone else, do I need to isolate again, for another 2 weeks?
If someone on my train tested positive and I am told to isolate, does my whole family have to?
