After the news about the R ranging between 0.7-1 it is very likely that will we get to R>1 by mid June. Do you think the gov will do a step back and close the schools again?

I'd be surprised if the schools even open on 1 June. The teachers' unions are expressing very valid concerns about safety and the version of 'opening' that has been put forward is so very limited (only two year groups from what I understand) that I think the whole thing will fizzle out.

I say this as a completely impartial observer as I don't have children and neither I nor any of my loved ones work in the teaching profession.

It will only go up now that more of us are back to work surely?
