Face shields

A lot of talk about masks, but surely for protecting the wearer face shields/visors should be worn as well? I'm a teacher, so was wondering if it's worth getting one of these to go in with? Does anyone have one? Where would I buy one from? Any links to 'the science' Wink of how effective they are?

If it makes you feel better i am a community carer and whilst we are wearing masks we would only wear the shields we had if someone tested positive or showed signs .But if you do want one a lot of secondary schools technology depts are making them free for keyworkers. That's were ours came from

I get regular Wowcher emails - used to be good deals but now it's just pissing me off with overpriced shitty hand sanitiser and PPE. There's regularly been a "hat with visor" on the wowcher daily deals recently - looks ridiculous but for peace of mind especially as a teacher crack on
