Work in the future

office space needing to be adjusted?
more likely to allow home working
more likely to allow time off sick?

I wonder if some will lose their job. My friend's department can't work from home. She's still been paid and 10% of her department can go in. May as well pay four full time to work, rather than a few hours occasionally, paying them all and increased cleaning/contact.
