Can I recruit now...?

We are now being encouraged to go back to work if we can't work from home. Unfortunately some of my team have extremely vulnerable family members and are shielding. I am guessing that could go in for quite a while. So am I ok to recruit some temporary workers? Social distancing will be possible in the office.

I don't see why not. I've taken on some temporary staff. Loads of people looking for work right now...

This wins the prize for smiliest pandemic thread ever :)

Bellabelloo · 06/11/2020 22:43

@BuffaloCauliflower I was scrolling in my 'I'm on' section rather than 'active' and obviously felt a massive rapport.

And now I feel like an idiot!!

Brilliant! Grin This has made me laugh very much.

Ginfilledcats · 06/11/2020 22:51

I'm so pleased I found this and noticed. I remember seeing something similar in classics. Wasn't it someone asking about whether x pram was suitable for y, she came back a year later responding to her own thread stating that x was good for y or whatever not realising it was her own.

Hahaaa

MushMonster · 06/11/2020 22:54

Wait wait! So you found your own thread and replied to yourself?
This is great! We should do more LOLGrin
