Key Worker children and school

Just pondering what provision might be made for key worker children once schools start to reopen, if they’re not in the years that are allowed back. I work at my dc school and we are open for key worker children and they range across all years (R-y4) for us. So what will happen if the school is open but not for their years, will they still have to make provision for them to come to school? I also have a yr3 child so what will I do with him if I’m in school? Has anyone seen or heard anything about this?
