Just to clarify, none of what Boris said tonight applies to Wales (or Scotland)?
Therefore if you live in Wales, travelling for exercise is still not allowed, but it is in England?
Equally the garden centres opening/possible recycling centres and libraries re opening does not apply to England?
Surely there will be a lot of confusion as England, Scotland and Wales all have their own rules and way forward......
