Russia?

Their numbers are climbing and catching up on the rest of Europe but their mortality rate is apparently very low. What is going on? I presume a lot of deaths are not being reported?..

Possibly, comments made by the mayor suggesting they have a good testing set up too though.

I just wouldn’t believe any of the figures coming out of Russia.
