Does anyone know the longest time a patient has been on a ventilator and then recovered during the CV crisis?

I don't think it's been reported. However I know of someone who was on a ventilator for a couple of weeks, now has a tracheostomy in situ. So though technically off the vent has now got a semi-permanent tube inserted directly into his throat. He's doing better but still on ITU

Thanks @Ginfilledcats it would be interesting to see some figures but not sure any have been published.

This man was on the news yesterday. In hospital for 7 weeks including 4 weeks in ICU. www.wirralglobe.co.uk/news/18435071.coronavirus-patients-leaves-arrowe-park-seven-weeks/

I know someone who was in icu just over 5 weeks. She’s not out of hospital yet but she is out of ICU.
