We have 50/50. His new partner has been seen coming and going over lockdown. What can I do without seeming jealous? I just want to protect my kids. I live with my partner and our child and we are 100% adhering to social distancing.

Anyone? Do I refuse to send the kids back and then get accused of abduction?

You can’t be accused of abduction if you both have equal rights. He can however take you to court.

In all honesty, I’d not withhold the children from him unless they’re vulnerable/shielding. Their relationship with him is just as important and they’ll need him during this time.

That’s not to say you can’t be angry or worried about it. But in reality your children need the both of you and there’s no idea on when this will be over - would you be happy withholding them indefinitely from him?
