Holiday Homes Open Next Week?

Friends have a caravan on a site in the south west and are confident that Boris is going to lift the restrictions on travel on Sunday.

They normally live there all the summer, just popping home for weekends. The site owner says they all have to pay the full site fees even though they can't use the caravans. So they are going to insist he opens up if travel is allowed.

I'm not sure that it will happen but I would love to be able to travel further afield just to enjoy somewhere different, even if I can't book a holiday cottage yet.

I think it's unlikely. I think any easing would focus on other business first!

If people are paying for them I think they will just go anyway. Also to second homes. People are paying thousands for something they can't use. That has to be eased soon, I would have thought, or people will just go, as I said.
