Breathable facemasks anyone?

Got some cotton ones from the mother in law and am wearing them as the science has now said there seems to be a little evidence about them slowing the spread. The ones she made are cotton with Velcro and I'm in and out of hospital at the moment with antenatal appts. But god,I wore it today and it was hotter than hell and felt like I couldn't breathe. Could anyone point me in the direction of any they bought on Etsy or anywhere? Not interested in surgical masks as am not buying any that front line workers should have.

That's the whole point of a face mask- to stop the breath and droplets getting out.
They aren't comfortable.
If you want to wear one you need to get over it

^ exactly that. Seemingly, you shouldn't be able to blow a candle / lighter flame out through it.

If they are breatheable, there's no point wearing them as they won't do anything!

And watch out for the spot explosion once you start wearing them regularly, it's a dream.
