Locked down with my parents at their home and my 3 DC due to my MH issues (I have my own home) and anxiety.

I have an older sister and we haven't seen her since the start of lockdown. She's not abiding by the rules and is meeting up with friends and some of her DH's family who have had symptoms.

DM and DF have always struggled to say no to her and she's contacted to say she doesn't care what is said on Sunday she's going to come and see DM and DF. They are expressing concern but will not say no to her and I want my children to be safe.

What would you do? I can't speak up because of my anxiety but I've been locked down for 9 weeks due to symptoms before the official lockdown and I've done everything to keep my family safe but she hasn't and DM and DF are going to allow her to visit regardless because they're too scared to say no.

What should I do?

Do you have an idea how long her visit will be? Could you go into your room with DC and stay there? Does she want to see you?
