Is a multi vitamin enough?

I take a multi vitamin everyday.
I think I may have already had the coronavirus, however I’m still being cautious.
I take a multi vitamin and a vitamin C as an extra. Should I be taking an additional vitamin D? I’m overweight too and keep reading about problems in absorbing vitamin D in overweight people.

I’ve got hypertension and I was prescribed a very high dose of vitamin D last year. I also take well woman max now daily. If you are worried check with your doctor. I googled my tablets and none of them react with vitamin d apparently.

That being said my medication is different to yours so check with the pharmacy or your GP

Thank @confusedandtired99. On googling, I read the low vit d levels can cause high blood pressure (but not conclusive as so do other things obviously). And a quick search did not bring up any issues with the particular meds and vit d. However If I cam get over my 'dont bother the doctor' issue I'll ask her about it.
