DH has developed a cough and sore throat today. We’re working from home anyway so not a problem to self isolate but ds has a weekend job in a shop. Can they refuse to let him self isolate for 14 days and what is the situation re pay. His work offer full pay when off sick but this wouldn’t be sickness. He can’t get ssp as doesn’t work enough hours. Not a disaster if he doesn’t get paid but just curious.
