I’m impressed how quickly UC called me back

I applied on Sunday evening & got a call explaining everything yesterday.
My son did his last night & has just had a call.
I was expecting to wait weeks so I’m impressed especially as they must be inundated during this crisis

Yes they are overrun with new claims..UC and DWP arent evil despite popular opinion.

I'm so pleased that you have praised the work that DWP have been doing everything they can often without any recognition to help people with their claims recently. The staff there really have really been under pressure.
