Baking a cake for others

Genuine can't work out if this is ok. I often take baking into work. I'm WFH whole many colleagues are still in the office. We're key workers.

Would it be ok for me to bake a cake for them, then drop it at the office?

Technically no, because it’s not an essential trip out, although if you combined it with a walk as your daily exercise I suppose it would pass off. But in the nicest possible way, you’d probably find many of your colleagues won’t want to eat something made in a home kitchen with no guarantee of hygiene practices and brought in during a pandemic.
