Hi has anyone recently claimed this?
I was made redundant and made a claim on the 15th April
I’ve had a letter saying I’m entitled to it but it doesn’t say when it will be paid? Any ideas when I’ll see some money?

Mine took a month to materialise so u will have wait till approx early May I think unless they have cleared the backlog.

It's paid every 2 weeks but I'm afraid I don't know how long the first payment will take - as Yoga says there is probably a backlog.

The letter explained it all except for the payment date, it said make sure you check your bank that you receive the correct payment, but it doesn’t give a date!
