How can I help?

Anyone got some idea about how to help. So far I have donating to food banks. Donating clothes I no longer wear to charities. Anything else I could do? I have given some money to NHS funds etc but I don't have tons of money. Just a few nice things to help others?

Volunteering to do shopping for people if you are able? Local mutual aid group or council can probably put you in touch with someone needing help. Also nhs may still be needing volunteers, even for things you can do from home like phoning people.

The NHS volunteers are still waiting for jobs, apparently there have been 50k jobs completed and there are 750k people signed up.
If you are on Facebook then try looking for local groups. We have a few round here and they are doing shopping, preparing and delivering meal, helping with gardening, posting letters, collecting and delivering books/jigsaws etc
