We need to do a shop tomorrow, supermarket is a 15 minute walk max, our problem is we need to buy bulky things, such as cat litter, wet food for both cats and dog. Could go on.

Would it be better for one of us to do 5-6 individual trips or the three of us (DS, aged 8 would have to come) to do maybe 2 trips.

If three of us, we have three backpacks and then maybe 4.5 arms, can't get an online slot anymore and there is not point trying, other problem is the three of us go, only one can go in. But then we still have the three of us to carry home, which is the problem

I’d go with 3 of you. One go ahead and shop, ds and the other leave 30 minutes later and meet outside. Ds can carry the loo roll, bulky but light.

Three of you go, one go in shop. Take a suitcase?

15 minutes isn’t far, my local supermarket to walk is about 45mins/1hour I’m planning on taking a suitcase as pp has already mentioned.

The toilet roll thing was the sort of half thing, he would be able to carry something like that, or maybe the wet cat food, but either way it would only be one item or a bag full of things like bread and pasta

We do not have a single suitcase, I thought we had a massive bag that we used when moved house, but DP has reminded me we binned it when the zip snapped.

The 15 minutes was more to show that its not that far.
