Hopefully not on middle/upper management. That money needs to be spent on actual frontline staff PPE and resources.

bigchris · 22/04/2020 12:35

Yes and care homes too hopefully

Testing centre near us has closed and moved to a smaller site for lack of traffic.
Really mixed messages on social media - staff desperate for PPE for the site, official message not used enough and moving.

I understand the money has been raised for the NHS Charity and therefore should not be spent on core resources but on extra items.

Here - www.nhscharitiestogether.co.uk/covid-19-urgent-appeal-qas/

It doesn't go towards equipment like PPE; it goes to support the wider well being of staff, volunteers and patients (e.g. making sure they have somewhere to sit, eat, drink, park etc).

PinkMonkeyBird · 22/04/2020 13:48

@PatriciaHolm that's good to hear.
