Possibly no one knows but I will ask anyway. I know we will be invited to apply if eligible. No doubt, we will have to apply online. So for those of us who are SE but still do paper tax returns and therefore don't have the Gateway etc set up, is this going to be an issue - just wondered if anyone knew. Thanks
