Been pondering for a few weeks. Dd was very ill after her Italian ski trip. This was feb half term so at the beginning of the Italian outbreak. She had high temp headache and sore throat for a week. She was tested but was negative on day 2 of illness.

A week after illness began she lost her voice and was coughing She practically spent another 3/4 days in bed.

Following on both myself and DH got coughs and fatigue but not to the point of considering we had covid 19.
I had a terrible headache for 2 days. But for me that can happen.

My son 12 Got off Scot free.

I'm starting to think we may have had it. What are your experiences with the loss of voice.

I developed painful laryngitis (along with diarrhoea) at about day 7 of the illness, which lasted for two weeks (and isn’t totally away yet, I still get sore if I talk for more than a few minutes).
However it was the least of my concerns, compared to the 13 nights fighting to breathe with my lungs on fire, and ending up in hospital on oxygen!
