I'm a keyworker and have been working overtime in my job (civil service) which is office based. The last couple of weeks I've felt increasingly anxious at work, I'll be sat on my desk and frequently feel like I can't breathe, the room is spinning, and I feel I need to escape. I'll have to take time away from my desk for a few minutes just to calm down. My job itself isn't currently too stressful, the tasks are manageable. I'm not quite sure what it is. I just get this overwhelming feeling of claustrophobia. I'm assuming it's just an accumulation of everything recently going on. I've got rescue remedy but it doesn't seem to help much.
Anyone else?
