Myself and my husband both work and are still working (essential workers) to a degree.
We have a local lady who looks after our dc when we are both working. It could only be 1/2 days per week.
Our agreement is we pay her when we are on holidays and we don't pay her for time she is on holidays.
When the government announced lock down she came to us and said she couldn't mind dc for the time being which we fully understood. Between myself and my husband we are managing. My question is do we pay her for this month?
We're not in the UK so there is no childcare facilities available for parents during this.
