I have spent the last week very poorly, today have managed to stay awake but haven't done a great deal, diagnosis by 111 and GP over the phone last monday, so apart from extreme muscle pains, high temps and feeling dreadful I have been lucky getting away with it lightly but I don't know what to do next, dh and dd have to stay indoors another 7 days but in the meantime if I do go out can I still carry it back? I presume I can carry it I just now can't catch it again? The info is so maybe this maybe that I don't know what to do to stay safe anymore

We dont know its a new virus. Some cases recorded as reinfected. Id wear a mask when i leave home if i were you so as not to pass anything to others, even fabric mask ie scarf is better than none.

I'd stay home. If you need stuff you can contact your council who can advise.

The WHO have said that there is no evidence that people who have had Coronavirus are immune, and that even if antibodies are effective, many of those recovered do not seem to have developed them.

Be careful not to put yourself at risk. Keep taking the same precautions.
