Bloody test has gone missing

I was tested last week (Sunday)
My test results seem to be amiss and I'm getting zero answers from anyone. Don't know what the point is of this but I'm so annoyed

Have they definitely gone amiss? I was tested the Thurs before bank hol,was told results would be 72 hours. I got my result 2202 hrs the following Wed, so almost a week.

No point testing again as the window period has gone. Also now they are doing it as a self testing kit I would no way be able to stick that right to the back of my hooter 😨
It must be lost as one minute I'm being told they got my number wrong so would resend it then it hasn't turned up since so meh
