Odd symptoms - coronavirus?

Two days ago I had a cough 2 or 3 times an hour for about 7 hours. Yesterday and today I have been feeling very lightheaded and then today nausea & diarrhoea.
No fever.
I have never felt like this before.
Could this be coronavirus?

It certainly could. But it might not be. It’s a match for some of the symptoms. Impossible to know though.
