5 year old cough

Could this be coronavirus?

My 5 year old ds has had tummy ache on and off for the past week, yesterday he started coughing, nothing serious just a little cough now and then. He's still running around and happy, bit off his food but drinking loads. Could this be the start? He doesn't have a fever at all. I'm very concerned obviously so just wondered if anyone else has or is experiencing this with their dc.
