Has anyone else had mild symptoms that only lasted a few days. Were you tested?

I had a high temp for 2 days at the beginning of the week. Felt dreadful, every muscle in my body hurt. Scratchy throat.

Only lasted 48 hours.

There is obviously no way of knowing if it was COVID.

Anyone else had similar and maybe been tested or caught it from someone with known virus?

There's no way of knowing and it's SO frustrating. If you look online for long enough, you'll probably find people who have had the same and had a positive test result. My ds had similar, was very ill for 48 hours, he is 19 and really thought he was going to die. I was so upset when he told me that. He came home on the fourth day. This was the middle of February and he was in a 'hotspot' for the virus before coming home. The light hurt his eyes, his head hurt, his temp was 39, all he did was sleep. He had a slight cough. The doctor has said maybe it was but to carry on as though he hasn't had it as we'll never know. Annoying isn't it!

48 hours it's unlikely covid. But you never know.

I don't think they test unless you are ill enough to require hospital stay, or work for the NHS
