I saw in a different thread that the Asda drivers can't take back any unwanted substitutes, but Asda will refund the price. Could somebody tell me please how I get the refund? I've had refunds in the past when an item didn't arrive --- there was a drop down menu when I clicked the item on my on-line order after the order was delivered and I had to select the reason for refund. Is there now an option to choose unwanted substitute from that same menu? Thank you.
