My friend and neighbour a few doors down has been constantly breaking lockdown rules. Instances include: her parents dropping stuff off daily and not social distancing; the whole household going out to the shop almost daily; the kids playing out back with other kids a couple of weeks ago; and with their direct neighbours coming in and out of each others houses. Anyway was speaking to her today on the phone andshe starts say how she'd noticed another neighbour not social distancing properly. Goes on about one incident she'd seen. I'm so dumbfounded by this I should have but didn't point out she was pot calling kettle.... Now only an hour later her stepdad has pulled up and the whole family have got in the car and drove off somewhere!!! Really are some people so unaware of their actions they don't realise that they are doing exactly what shouldn't be done. Or as I suspect (from past attitudes I've witnessed from them) are they just the sort of people that think they are special and rules don't apply to them!
