Halifax Mortgage Payment Holiday

Has anyone else applied for the above and had a response? I did so online just over 3 weeks ago and still haven't had an answer. Said allow 10 working days which I have but trying to ring them etc is just pointless as the wait is so long. Just wondered if anyone was experiencing the same length of weight? Thanks

Yep, we got a text within a couple of days.

I think we applied on the first day that the online form was active.

Just checked, and the confirmation text came on 26 March.
