How back to normal are you? I developed breathing difficulty following a workout on the 18th of March. As I recovered, I regularly had better days followed by a small relapse after doing a bit too much when I felt mostly well. After 20 days, all my symptoms went away. I didn't just feel well, I felt really, really good. Bursting with energy and just really fit and healthy. After several days of feeling great I had a day where I totally overdid it and by that night breathing was harder again and got worse the next day.

That was Friday, they are abating again and I suspect in a few days, I'll feel like I did a week ago, so I want to plan an activity programme to phase my increase in activity. Obviously a few days of feeling great, isn't necessarily a sign of complete recovery, so possibly in a similar way to a viral infection like Epstein Barr, return to old activity levels needs to be taken carefully as it can trigger a relapse. The problem for me was that A month ago I was extremely fit and I'm itching to get back into shape. But obviously if I push too fast it will take longer in overall.

I thought I'd replied...so glad you have posted. GP has just confirmed she thinks my current breathlessness is related to covid which I was infected with about 3 weeks ago, and thinks that doing too much straight after my initial recovery has led to this relapse. I wasn't breathless at all when I first had it..

I am on day 14 (confirmed case).
I’m still tired.
I’m still spinning temperatures.
I still do t have a sense of taste.
I’m otherwise fine.
