Dogs and self isolation

I have a temperature. Feel really achey all over and have a headache. Don't suspect it is COVID19.

So, I now have to stay at home for 7 days, and DH/DD need to stay at home for 14 days is that correct?

So has anyone been in this situation and had an energetic dog to walk? Luckily we have a garden.
