Has anyone had any luck freezing loans or credit cards?

Tried to call my bank was told it’d be an hour maybe longer, I don’t want to call and wait if they won’t freeze repayments,

Has anyone had any luck?

I don’t want to call and wait

What else are you going to be doing with your time?

Have a look on your bank's website to see if there is an online application form for a repayment holiday.

I could do it online with my bank through my internet banking app - received an email about it a few weeks ago.

Our bank emailed and offered, then we did it online.

@pocketem I have young kids/baby, I’d rather not wait hours if I don’t have to.

Thank you guys I’ll look into it

My bank contacted me and gave me a link to apply for a credit card payment ‘holiday’
It still applies the interest though so at the end it’ll be a bigger bill.
Have a look on the bank’s website or google your banks name and ‘credit card/loan coronavirus’ it might come up with something
