Re infection?

I keep reading articles saying South Korea and China have signs of re infection. 91 cases in South Korea so far. I feel like this is a nightmare and we’ll never get out of it, if reinfection can happen and people don’t build up immunity, how can we get back to normal life?
Sorry really panicking today.

This article seems to suggest that the reinfection they're seeing is more likely to be the virus "dipping below detectable levels" in a patient so they test negative and then the virus starting to pick up again so they later test positive. That's different from people recovering and then being infected again by someone else (which we're not sure has ever happened).
