Dont really know if this is the right thread to put this topic on I know this is a sensitive subject. I honestly am just worried sick. I'm fully aware given the situation clinics are pushing for medical abortions posted to peoples houses, as this will minimalise the amount of contact. However for medical reasons I know I do not react well to the drug and would prefer to go the surgical route. My fear is coming into contact with someone during this procedure and contracting the virus, and then that my body wont be in the best state to fight the virus whilst recovering. I've tried to look into this but it seems the only things abortion related is all centralising around the pills. I have a phone consultation due but I would like to know if my worry is irrational or not and if clinics are even still offering this as when I spoke to the lady at bpas they only mentioned the pill

When you say you don't react well to the pills, how serious is that?

As far as I know they're still offering surgical when thats the best option but obviously there's a risk, although it will be minimised as much as possible.

Sorry you're having to go through this at this time particularly.

Sorry to hear you're going through this

I'd recommend you phone BPAS again and ask if surgery would be available for you
