Do we think that this is disgusting, when family can't visit their dying relatives in ICU?

I am assuming that the reason the documentary crew were allowed in is that NHS staff want people to understand how serious this situation is. So that they stay at home and don't burden the system.

But yes, it is heartbreaking that people can't see their dying relatives.

It’s beyond stupid and it is really boiling my blood when I see reporters on the news. On ITV the other night a woman was less than 2 metres away from a corona patient with her normal clothes on and just a paper mask .
Are all these reporters going home and self isolating for 14 days ? I doubt it Angry

The documentary crew don't need to go in though, just get a doctor to do it (if they really must, and actually they don't........)

YES! Did the patients consent? I'm betting not. Patients should never be used as shock tactics or propaganda to scare people into not behaving like thick arseholes.

The more I think about it, the more annoyed I become about it.

They are allowing in a b-list idiot to film seriously ill people when their own family can't visit.

He and his camera crew are using PPE which could go to people actually providing care.

They will be taking up time and resources of medical and admin staff to film and plan the show.

All in the name of exploitative TV.
