Reactivation - Scientifically Possible?

I’ve read some reports from South Korea saying that the virus has reactivated in people. I know things like herpes lie dormant and reactivate but could this? Is this why people sometimes start to feel better and then get worse?
I had symptoms of a cough late Feb and then mid March my cough came back with a sore throat and breathlessness.
Obviously no one knows for definite but just wondered what people’s thoughts were particularly from a science basis?

According to my doctor viral load can be increased and trigger a ramp up in symptoms - I had sick for two weeks , about 80% well for a week then my husband became ill and my issues all manifested again for a further two weeks

I think some diseases (anthrax?) are bi-phasic so maybe one (or all) of the mutations could be

mrsbyers mine coincided with my daughter getting ill so that would make sense. Although he must have got if from me in the first place as he hadn’t been any where for over two weeks. Does that mean you are not immune if you’ve had it and then can increase your viral load?

I've had x4 relapses over the course of 6 weeks.
Not sure whether it is re-caught from other family members as they went down with it one by one or whether it has been dormant and reactivated. My partner is on her second go round too.

There’s speculation that immunity doesn’t exist as the level of antibodies produced and stored may not be sufficient - I think there’s still a lot they don’t know about this virus unfortunately

I really hope I have immunity as I just spent three weeks in hospital with serious Covid! Thank God I survived.
