Anyone else suffering with allergies and hot flashes?

My other half is getting worried but I have Hay fever and am therefore a bit wheezy and occasionally coughing. Also having regular hot flashes with my menopause. Hot weather not helping. Anyone else like this?

Very much like that. HRT ran out a couple of months ago and can't get anymore which would be suitable to take. Fortunately whatever triggers my hay fever doesn't last all summer.

Good to know I am not the only one.vso bunged up with allergies. I have just ordered a hand fan for the hot flushes x

Isn't it flushes? Not being pedantic, but which is it?

I think flashes is the more common American term and flushes more typically used the UK.
