Insomnia during lockdown

Is it just me and my dh who are struggling to sleep well during lockdown?

We are active during the day as have a lot of land/garden/fencing we've been fixing and painting etc

We also do an uphill brisk walk around 3 ish miles each day but no matter what we do we can not sleep HmmHmm

Four nights in a row now. Last night was both of us,the two nights prior to that was just me. I literally fell aslee at 6.30 am watching the day get light Hmm

Rooms and house not too hot or cold.
Not drinking coffee or anything late.

Although we have been affected financially with some adjusting and tightening belts etc we are ok finance wise,we are spending some great time with dc etc and keeping them occupied aswel but just can not sleep.
We end up struggling to move early so feel like we've wasted half a day by the time we are up.

Anyone else?

I am the opposite and having an afternoon nap as well as a normal sleep at night, but the strange thing is is that I keep waking up at 7am regardless of the time I went to bed at, I cannot think why this would be, it’s all very mysterious to me as to why this is...Grin

Yes I'm waking up really early still.
So fell asleep with the sun coming up the other morning and still woke up at 7.30 Hmm
Then I just struggle to move.

Sunday night I will be setting my alarm for a decent time Monday morning and will drag myself out of bed into the shower regardless of how much sleep I've had.

Need to get everyone back into a routine next week anyway for all of our sanity Grin

Try lavender sleep spray and hot chocolate just before bed, oh and a hot as bath, hot baths always make me sleepy.
