What happens afterwards?

I have been told to self isolate by my doctor but I'm not on the extremely vulnerable list so didn't receive a letter.

Presumably we'll all need to go back go work if we're currently off in the next few weeks/months.

However a vaccine is 12-18 months away. So what happens to people like me who are medically vulnerable but can't realistically be off work for 12-18 months? (teacher).
It's not possible to social distance in schools. It's really not.

I'm terrified that if I catch this I'll die as I'm definitely medically vulnerable but we can't realistically all be off for a year or more until a vaccine happens. What will happen to people like me after lockdown especially in jobs where social distancing is impossible.
I want to be at work but it's just not safe.
