I’ve already isolated for 3 weeks

With symptoms for 2 weeks and then family members having symptoms

Now I have a problem. I’ve developed another sudden chesty cough and I feel rough.

I can’t self isolate again surely? Work will think I’m taking the piss

Rules are rules.

Until this country gets its arse in gear and actually starts testing the population, you have to follow the rules. Self isolate again for 7 days.

From what I've read this virus can last for weeks. My SIL had it for two weeks, felt ok for a couple of days then went downhill again. So it could be that you're still suffering from the same thing.
