Sore throat/Coronavirus

My teen ds is on day 10 of what we suspect is coronavirus, he has now developed a sore throat, temp went over 24 hours ago, is he still infectious?

I'd continue the self isolation until all symptoms are gone. Sore throat can be a symptom. My sister tested positive (NHS worker) is on day 8 with now just typical cold symptoms and she is in self isolation until all symptoms are gone.
