Sainsbury’s online shopping slots

NOT a thread about who should have a slot.

I've seen a few people outside England wondering when they will get priority slots at supermarkets.

This email from Sainsbury’s says that they still don't have details for those outside England. This explains why you might not see slots yet.

The problem is, we receive a letter saying to log/register on the gov.uk database but when you try to log on it asks if you are in England. You say no & it says as you aren’t in England you can’t register your details so no wonder supermarkets don’t have our details!

The supermarkets are not at fault here, the First Ministers need to be sorting this out. We are weeks into this so something should have been sorted.

Yes they should be sorting it. People outside England shouldn’t be left in limbo.
I’ve just spoken to Asda and they can’t just put us on the priority list until they have heard from The Welsh government. I even offered to send them a copy of the shielding letter but he said there is nothing they can do until they are sent the list.
