Inappropriate advert

I feel this 'advert' on this Local Authority Facebook page is quite inappropriate, however I may have lost my sense of humour lately. Am I being oversensitive?

Cliched and lacks imagination but is low on my things to get annoyed about scale. I do wish Adam Boulton would go on a diet though!

Not sure what the issue is... Doesn’t seem particularly imaginative, but then I’m not in advertising. If it helps get a message through, then fine. I can understand that you might think this is a crap advert, but inappropriate?!

Is it as bad as the local ad for mobility equipment which urged people to buy motorised scooters so they could go out and enjoy the sun.
